Population Health Summit. Melvin and Dollie Younts Conference Center, Furman University

Abstract

The Population Health Summit featured leaders from Greenville Health System (GHS) and Furman University as they addressed the emerging area of health care delivery. GHS is actively pursuing a system of health care that moves from treating sick patients when they present themselves at the doctor’s office or hospital to one that promotes health in the communities where they live.
