Description

Students enrolled in FRN 221 analyze the build-up to the French presidential election scheduled on April 23 and May 7 2017. Grounding their work in the knowledge they have acquired thus far this semester (institutions, political history, current issues, etc.), they have created their own political parties, platforms, campaign ads and logos. In this session, students present their mock political parties. They will highlight the current French issues they are trying to address in their platform, present their party logo, and screen their campaign ads.
