Description
FUEL is a plate-based, healthy eating program that has been demonstrated to improve nutrient, facilitate weight management, and improve health outcomes associated with chronic disease. Through this internship program students are trained in the FUEL curriculum and then disseminate the program to underserved populations in the community such as homeless shelters, addiction recovery centers, and emergency food pantries.
