Description
Everyone is busy in today’s world and being mindful and psychologically healthy takes effort. Thus, it’s beneficial to study factors related to mindfulness, including age, emotional intelligence, cognitive flexibility, and self-monitoring. We surveyed 57 older adults and 8 college students about these factors.
