Abstract
Our project is to build a temperature-controlled dog house using either a solar-powered thermoelectric cooler and evaporative cooling. This is because dogs can be harmed by outside temperatures of 80oF and above, which can be a major issue for many American families, as there are around 90 million domestic dogs in the united states. We intend to create a weather-resistant doghouse that can maintain an internal temperature of 75oF using either evaporative cooling or thermal-electric cooling.
