Abstract
In South Carolina alone, deer running in front of cars is a huge problems. It causes around 40,000 vehicle collisions a year in this state alone. Deer whistles are commonly used to try ad solve this issue, but there is one problem: the car has to be going at a significant speed for the air to travel through the whistle fast enough to make a difference. We will be developing a deer whistle that is indipendent of speed.
