Abstract
Culinary workers have a hard time with shelving in their storage rooms when a shelf needs to be moved. Someone is required to entirely disassemble an entire shelving system in order to adjust the height of just one shelf. Shelving problems have impacted most culinary workers which make up about 12.1 million workers according to DataUSA.io.
