Mr. RICHARDSON, Chairman of the Committee on Territories, is opposed to the Nebraska Bill. The Webster Whigs ofMassachusetts are also opposed to it. Nevertheless, it will probably pass as an Administration measure. A division among the friends of the bill is the only hope of its defeat.
