The Adminstration is determined to put through DOUGLAS'S Nebraska bill before public opinion cows the timid. You may rely on this. Its consideration was postponed only to drill the refractory members. EVERETT, PEARCE, and others will speak against it, and it is rumored that HAMLIN is also opposed to it. The President and Cabinet are united in its favor.
