Flagstaff has a wide variety of motels and hotels, many more than are listed below. The ones listed here are all reasonably close to the conference center and to downtown for restaurants and pubs. All these accommodations are well managed with a range of prices. Since Flagstaff is a resort town and the middle of June is high season, it is advised that you make your reservations early. Many accommodations will raise their rates the closer it gets to the middle of June. All of these accommodations have free wifi and free parking, and all but Hilton Garden Inn provide free breakfasts.
Drury Inn and Suites
This is the conference hotel. Fifty rooms are being held for conference participants at a conference rate of $179.95 per night for the nights of June 14, 15, and 16. This hotel is connected to the conference center; it is 0.5 miles to downtown. In order to obtain the group rate, the reservations must be made online at www.druryhotels.com and entering the Group number 2229840 or by calling 1-800-325-0720 and referring to the Group number 2229840. The group rate will not be available after May 14, 2016.
Hilton Garden Inn
Breakfast is available for $9.95. It is 1.3 miles to the conference center and 1.7 miles to downtown.

It is 0.4 miles to the conference center and 0.7 miles to downtown.
Days Inn Flagstaff West Route 66
It is 0.7 miles to the conference center and 1.1 miles to downtown.
Super 8 Motel West
It is 0.9 miles to the conference center and 0.6 miles to downtown.
It is 1.3 miles to the conference center and 1.7 miles to downtown.
The following two hotels are renovated historic hotels. They are both downtown. The rooms are small and they don't have all the modern conveniences. However they do have a certain charm and are conveniently located.
