Marsha Pollak welcomed everyone to the 38th (Irregular) meeting, briefly mentioning the history of the group. Toasts followed: Lomax by George Scheetz; Sherlock Holmes by Gary Thaden; Hill Barton by Chuck Huber; Baron Gruner by Randall Stock; and Kitty Winter by Paula Perry (in absentia.)
Emily Brightwell spoke to the Sub-Librarians and all Sherlockians and mystery fans Sunday afternoon.

Emily Brightwell lives in Northern California and to date, has written forty-four novels. She is currently working on the 34th book in the popular “Mrs. Jeffries” series of mysteries.
