Description
Marsha Pollak, ASH, welcomed everyone to the 21st (Irregular) annual meeting of the Sub-Librarians. Toasts were given to Lomax by Doris Dale, Sherlock Holmes by Frank Sadowski, Hill Barton by Douglas Cook, Baron Gruner by Ellen Ellickson and Kitty Winter by Connie Walker. Jon Lazar, Supervisor of Technical Services at Rochester Public Library, gave a slide presentation on Sherlock Holmes on the stage and screen.
The meeting ended with the reading of "221B" and the singing of "A Song for Sub-Librarians." Those interested in dining in the Big Easy continued on.
